A moins d’un mois du départ, c’est avec une grande déception que le comité de la Gruyère Fly a été contraint d’annuler l’édition 2021 pour la deuxième fois consécutive. La situation est incertaine cette année encore. La modification de l’Ordonnance COVID-19 du 14 avril 2021 stipule que seuls 15 personnes sont admises pour participer à des compétitions. Aucun assouplissement n’est garanti pour la date du 21 au 23 mai 2021, date à la quelle était agendé notre évènement.
Nous avons étudié la possibilité de déclasser la compétition en un entrainement qui autoriserait plusieurs groupes de 15 personnes. Ceci nécessiterait tout de même de mettre en place un concept COVID avec une organisation stricte et adéquate qui demanderait un grand travail d’élaboration et devrait être soumis à approbation, sans garantie qu’une autorisation sera octroyée. Notre comité bénévole ne dispose malheureusement pas d’assez de temps et de ressources nécessaires pour réaliser cet exercice dans un délai aussi incertain et serré.
Concernant le remboursement ou le report des inscriptions, nous contacterons les participants par e-mail.

Weniger als einen Monat vor dem Start ist das Komitee Gruyère Fly mit großer Enttäuschung gezwungen, die Ausgabe 2021 zum zweiten Mal in Folge abzusagen. Auch in diesem Jahr ist die Situation unsicher. Die Änderung der COVID-19-Verordnung vom 14 April 2021 sieht vor, dass nur 15 Personen an Wettbewerben teilnehmen dürfen. Für den Termin vom 21 bis 23 Mai 2021, an dem unsere Veranstaltung geplant war, ist keine Entspannung garantiert.
Wir haben die Möglichkeit geprüft, den Wettbewerb zu einer Trainingsveranstaltung herabzustufen, die mehrere Gruppen von 15 Personen zulassen würde. Dies würde immer noch ein COVID-Konzept mit einer strikten und angemessenen Organisation erfordern, das viel Arbeit erfordert und zur Genehmigung eingereicht werden müsste, ohne Garantie, dass eine Genehmigung erteilt wird. Unser ehrenamtliches Komitee hat leider nicht genug Zeit und Ressourcen, um diese Aufgabe in einem so unsicheren und knappen Zeitrahmen zu bewältigen.
Bezüglich Rückerstattung oder Verschiebung von Anmeldungen werden wir die Teilnehmer per E-Mail kontaktieren.

With less than a month to go, it is with great disappointment that the Gruyère Fly committee has been forced to cancel the 2021 edition for the second time in a row. The situation is uncertain again this year. The modification of the COVID-19 Ordinance of 14 April 2021 stipulates that only 15 people are allowed to participate in competitions. No relaxation is guaranteed for the date of 21 to 23 May 2021, when our event was scheduled.
We have checked the possibility of downgrading the competition to a training event that would allow several groups of 15 people. This would still require a COVID concept with a strict and adequate organisation, which would require a lot of work and would have to be submitted for approval, with no guarantee that a permit would be granted. Our volunteer committee unfortunately does not have enough time and resources to carry out this exercise in such an uncertain and tight timeframe.
Regarding refunds or postponement of registrations, we will contact participants by e-mail.
